FAQ

We strongly recommend boots with ankle support and deep tread/rubber soles – it can be muddy, wet and slippery in the bush.

A morning or afternoon session is available at most of our centres. Centres, operating times differ – please contact our booking office for more details.

The games go ahead regardless, in all weather conditions. All the game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas and lockers in the base camp where you can store your gear between games.

To avoid getting lost we suggest you make sure all drivers in your group print the directions from the website and take these with them. Our directions are for guidance only, we recommend using a road map for more precise directions. If you do have trouble finding the centre, call us on 1300 850 744 and one of our friendly staff will assist you in finding your centre.

You are also more than welcome to walk on and we will place you into a group

There is no minimum or maximum number of required players; any group size is fine. However there may be a minimum number of players required to open the site if no other groups are booked in for the time and day you request.

All players are required to complete a registration form before they begin play. Players under 16 years must have their form signed by an adult; we suggest you send these out with your invitations. The other parents should return their completed registration forms for you to bring to the paintball centre on the day of the event. Our Parental Consent Form that is required at Delta Force paintball centres can be downloaded here.

A morning or afternoon session is available,  at most of our centres, you will be greeted by our friendly staff who will check you in. After you have filled out registration forms you will be kitted up with all the gear needed for the day and undergo a compulsory safety briefing. You will play 6 varied games during a morning or afternoon session, with short refreshment breaks in between to reload your paintballs and discuss tactics!

No alcohol is permitted on site. Any players who have been drinking will be excluded from the games and asked to leave the centre.

There is a snack shop onsite where you can purchase chocolates, drinks and more. You are welcome to bring any of your own food or drink to the centre.

Where possible we will join your group with a group of similar age. However, there are often groups of mixed ages (when parents like to play with their children, or there are older siblings joining in etc).

The minimum age throughout Australia varies from state to state, from 12 years old to 18 years old. We are currently working on decreasing the minimum age to allow more people to enjoy the fun and excitement of paintball.

The minimum ages are as follows:
• ACT 16 Years
• NSW 12 Years
• QLD 15 Years
• VIC 16 Years
• WA 12 Years
• SA 10 Years (The policy of our affiliate centre is that at least one parent be present with groups of 10-16 year olds)

The games go ahead regardless, in all weather conditions. All the game zones are outdoors, but there are sheltered areas and lockers in the base camp where you can store your gear between games.

There is no way of knowing how many paintballs any individual will use, as it depends on how trigger-happy you are. It is entirely up to each person how many paintballs they want to use but a good indication is about 200 paintballs per game zone. You can decide how many game zones you play and further paintballs are available to purchase on the day at your discretion.

For health and safety reasons, and to maintain a consistent safety standard across all centres, you can only use paintballs issued by Delta Force on the day of your event.

You can bring your own equipment to the centre, but it is always at the discretion of the Centre Manager whether you can use it. You can bring your own goggles, provided they are designed for paintball games and have not been modified in any way. You can bring your own gun, but it is subject to a chronograph test and must be cleared by the Centre Manager. We do NOT allow any customers’ own gas cylinders on site for ANY REASON.

Players should wear old, comfortable clothing and may also want to bring a change of clothes for the conclusion of the game. The most suitable footwear would be a light boot, but old trainers are most commonly worn. Paintball gloves are available to buy at the centre, or you can bring your own. You may also want to bring some money for purchasing additional paintballs.
